OutLoud

Terms of Use

Effective 19 September 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Avishai Idel, the independent developer who operates OutLoud ("we", "us"). By using OutLoud you agree to these terms and to the Community Guidelines.

1. Who can use OutLoud

You must be at least 16 years old, and you may have one account. You are responsible for keeping the email address you sign in with secure.

2. Your content

You own what you post. You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, display and deliver it to the people you choose, only to operate OutLoud. You are responsible for your content and must have the right to share it. For example, only post photos of other people with their permission.

3. No tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users

There is no tolerance on OutLoud for objectionable content or abusive users. You must not post or send anything that is hateful, harassing, threatening, sexually explicit or violent, that promotes self-harm, eating disorders or dangerous behaviour, that is illegal or infringes someone else's rights, or that is spam or impersonation. The Community Guidelines explain these rules in more detail. We remove content that breaks them and suspend or ban the accounts responsible.

4. Reporting, blocking and moderation

You can report any post, comment or person, and block any person, from inside the app. We check photos and text automatically, review reports within 24 hours, and may remove content or suspend or delete accounts that break these terms. To ask us to look at a decision again, email spreaditt.app@gmail.com.

5. Not medical advice

OutLoud helps you keep habits. It is not medical, health or fitness advice. Talk to a professional before starting a new diet, exercise or health routine.

6. The service

OutLoud is free, and it is provided "as is" and "as available". We may change, suspend or stop any part of it. To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties about OutLoud and are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for content posted by other users. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.

7. Ending your use

You can delete your account at any time in You โ†’ Settings โ†’ Your data โ†’ Delete account. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms.

8. Apple

If you downloaded OutLoud from the App Store: these terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for OutLoud or its content, has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for it, and is not responsible for any claims relating to it. Your use of the app is also subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. We will tell you in the app about significant changes, and continuing to use OutLoud after a change means you accept it.
